Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order (not including Bank Holidays).  You can expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way.  Processing times will be extended during busy periods and for print on demand items.

Shipping
Shipping is currently only available in the United Kingdom.  Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order (not including Bank Holidays).  Tracking information will be provided after your order has been fulfilled.  Shipping times will be extended during busy periods and for print on demand items.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight per item (grams or kilograms).  The total shipping cost may be rounded up to the nearest 50p or £1, as prices vary slightly between shipping companies.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs.  We are unable to process exchanges, you can make a new order to replace the item(s) you've returned.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@dcaraygifts.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you've purchased a print on demand item, the refund and return process is handled by a third party.  Please follow the instructions you've received with your packaging or to your email.
